As a Senior Digital Product Owner, this is a unique opportunity to help clients achieve their business goals by delivering innovative digital products that make a real impact.

We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Senior Digital Product Owner to shape product strategy in close collaboration with our clients, guide the delivery and continuous evolution of meaningful roadmaps and features, and support the growth of a high-performing, product team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience across the full development lifecycle - particularly in mobile - alongside strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.

What a Typical Week Might Look Like

• Collaborate with clients to define and shape effective product strategies
• Collaboratively shape and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise value and impact
• Leverage performance metrics and real-world user data to inform continuous improvement
• Lead release planning and support agile delivery through Scrum methodologies
• Support members of the product team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
• Provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders

• Line-managing our Product Graduates and Associate Product Owners
• Leading some of our Product Community of Practises to continuously refine our skills
• Managing and leading our delivery squads as high performing teams, that also allow for their personal development
  
  

Partnering with Our Clients

• Working our clients to create their digital product strategy and roadmap, so that we can deliver it
• Prioritising outcomes and initiatives in the roadmap with stakeholders
• Delivery of a product through scrum and agile ways of working
• Supporting the sales process, both early client engagement and ongoing product estimation
  
  

You’ll be great for this if

• Experience delivering complex or large-scale digital products
• Background in mobile and app-based product development
• Retail or ecommerce experience
• Comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders and navigating shifting priorities
• Communicates clearly and effectively, adapting style to suit different audiences
• Values empathy, collaboration, and creating positive team environments
• Flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt in fast-changing situations
• Motivated to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needs
