Are you a skilled and ambitious town planner looking to shape places and influence the future of communities across the UK? This is your chance to join a respected, multi-disciplinary planning team working on high-profile, strategic developments – including three new Garden Villages.

This is not just another desk job. You’ll play a central role in diverse planning projects – from rural settlements to major urban developments – while collaborating with top property professionals across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting planning applications, development strategies, and client advice




• Working across both English and Scottish planning systems




• Building and maintaining strong client relationships




• Collaborating with colleagues in Manchester, London, and beyond




• Mentoring junior staff and supporting graduate development




• Identifying business opportunities and contributing to the team’s growth




• Travelling for site visits and client meetings (nationwide)

What You’ll Bring:

• RTPI or MRICS qualification (or 3+ years of relevant experience)




• Excellent understanding of planning legislation and policy




• Strong communication, report-writing, and organisational skills




• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)




• A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and seize opportunities




• A collaborative spirit and team-first approach




• Full UK driving licence (or working towards one)
