Your Role

• Lead retail design projects across all stages

• Present to clients and attend site visits (UK & international travel)

• Create moodboards, design packs, and detailed drawings

• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with senior leadership

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years’ UK experience in retail design

• Proven experience leading projects

• Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop & Enscape

• Strong communicator with a flair for storytelling through design

• Strategic mindset and understanding of customer journey principles
