THE ROLE: TICKETING STAFF

We’re on the lookout for high-energy, people-loving, problem-solving legends to join our festival crew. If you can rock a wristband, charm a crowd, and sell a snack all at once, you might just be who we’re looking for.

This isn’t your standard summer job. You’ll be the face of the festival, making sure every guest gets where they’re going, and has a great time getting there.

YOUR MISSION

• Sell and scan tickets like a pro, with speed and a great attitude
• Help guests find the right shows, rooms, and vibes
• Sell drinks and snacks at the door while keeping things moving
• Maintain good energy and manage queues with charm and efficiency
• Work closely with a buzzing, high-performing team to keep everything running smoothly
  
  

Who You Are

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident under pressure
• A natural with people and passionate about hospitality
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience in ticketing, events, or bar work is a bonus, but not essential
• Available evenings, weekends, and throughout the festival season
