As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, youll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
- Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
- Personal care experience is a plus, but not essentialyour compassion and dedication are what truly matter!
