The Role
This is a genuine finance business partnering opportunity, with the role focused heavily on driving commercial value through ROI optimisation, cost efficiencies, and strategic performance improvement initiatives.
The position will play a lead financial role across several high-profile projects, offering exceptional visibility and exposure across the organisation, including direct partnering with members of the C-suite.
The key components of the role will include:
- Reporting to and deputising for the Commercial Finance Manager
- Supervising part qualified finance analysts
- Financial lead on several high-profile projects
- Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs - KPI's, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, ROI, costs
- Finance business partnering with all members of the C-Suite
- Involvement in process improvement initiatives including AI & Automation adoption
