Python/ Django Developer - | Edinburgh Hybrid/ Remote (Quarterly)

We are delighted to be working with a well-established and rapidly growing technology business that operates at scale within the global hospitality sector. Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering software solutions to some of the industry's biggest names, and following continued investment and expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their engineering team with the addition of a talented Python Developer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who wants more than just a job, someone looking for a role where they can genuinely influence how a product evolves, work with forward-thinking people, and grow their career within a business that's going places.

What's in It for You

  • Up to £48,000 base salary, dependent on experience
  • 15% annual bonus
  • UK Remote working available
  • 2 visits per quarter to the Edinburgh office to connect with the wider team
  • 32 days paid annual leave per year, inclusive of public holidays
  • Clear and supported career progression within a scaling business
  • A team culture built on trust, autonomy, and genuine collaboration

About the Role

  • Our client's engineering team is collaborative, product-focused, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way.
  • You'll be working across the full stack on a platform that matters, contributing to new functionality, improving existing systems, and getting involved in the bigger technical conversations around architecture and direction.
  • One thing that sets this team apart is their commitment to modern, AI-augmented ways of working. They're not just talking about it, AI tooling is already embedded in how they develop and deliver software, and they're looking for someone who either shares that approach or is keen to develop it.

What Our Client Needs

  • Strong Python and Django background
  • Solid front-end capability across modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Be comfortable with REST APIs, relational databases, and working within a CI/CD-driven delivery environment.

If this sounds like the right next step for you, we'd love to have a conversation. Apply today with your most up-to-date CV.
