Customer Journey Manager/Product Owner for a Commercial Banking division in Edinnburgh
Must have the following experience:
Need to demonstrate strong end-to-end ownership, extensive stakeholder management - internally and externally; translating third-party requirements and reg changes into clear, actionable outcomes
Articulation of requirements to engineering teams with intent and constraints well understood, delivery support through complex problem-solving and issue resolution, experience of working in fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
All of this with STRONG PAYMENTS EXPERIENCE and ability to navigate REG CHANGE
