Client Solutions Team

At Meraki Talent, we connect exceptional talent with world-class organisations across Financial Services and Professional Services. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Client Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Client Solutions team.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, supporting key client accounts by sourcing and managing high-quality interim and contingent talent. This is not a sales position — the focus is on candidate delivery, client service, and operational excellence across high-volume hiring projects.

We are ideally seeking an ambitious junior recruiter with experience in temporary or contract recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships.

The Role

As a Client Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering interim recruitment solutions for a range of Financial and Professional Services clients. Working closely with the wider Client Solutions team, you will manage candidate pipelines, co-ordinate recruitment activity, and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

You will support a variety of high-volume hiring projects, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-quality interim and contingent professionals across Financial and Professional Services
  • Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, database searches, and candidate referrals
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM and recruitment database
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience through consistent communication and efficient process management
  • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and project-based hiring activity
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding activity, compliance checks, and offer management
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Client Solutions team to meet delivery targets and client expectations
  • Provide market insight and candidate feedback to support hiring decisions

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment service.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Experience supporting temporary, interim, or contract recruitment activity
  • Strong talent sourcing and candidate management skills
  • Excellent database and CRM management capability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • A client-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work

Why Join Meraki Talent?

At Meraki Talent, we are passionate about creating impact — for our clients, candidates, communities, and our own people. You will join a collaborative and high-performing business with genuine opportunities for development and progression.

We offer:

  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Clear career development opportunities
  • Exposure to leading Financial and Professional Services clients
  • Modern recruitment technology and sourcing tools
  • Flexible and agile working
  • Ongoing training and development
  • A people-first culture built on integrity, professionalism, and impact

Connecting People. Creating Impact.
