Credit Banking Documentation Specialist - #2072433

Eden Scott is delighted to be working in partnership with a prestigious Financial Services client based in Edinburgh to recruit a talented and detail-oriented professional to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong credit documentation and regulatory knowledge, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse a wide range of credit propositions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare facility and security documentation and manage cases through to completion
• Instruct and liaise with external legal advisors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Bankers and external partners
• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in line with internal procedures
• Provide guidance and support to team members based on your expertise
• Support the wider team with additional tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Awareness of UK regulatory frameworks, including CCA and MCOB
• Strong understanding of banking systems, processes and controls
• Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills
