Circa £600 per day via Umbrella

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Integrator to support a high‑profile data migration and business integration programme.

This role sits at the heart of a complex transformation, coordinating delivery across business, technology, and third‑party partners to ensure seamless integration of a newly acquired business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving delivery through coordination and alignment, managing dependencies and ensuring all moving parts come together effectively.

Key focus areas include operational integration, post‑migration readiness, and embedding new processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dependencies across teams, platforms, and suppliers
• Coordinate complex delivery and implementation activities
• Identify, track and resolve risks, issues, and blockers
• Align stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Support agile delivery and integration planning
• Oversee operational integration activities including:
• Process updates and documentation
• Training for new teams
• User access management
• Coordination of BA and change teams

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑team change initiatives
• Strong dependency management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Background in business operations and integration delivery
• Understanding of agile and technology‑driven change environments
• Ability to drive outcomes through influence, not direct ownership
• Experience within financial services is essential
