  • Translating financial data into clear, meaningful insights for operational teams
  • Reviewing financial systems and contributing to process and automation improvements

  • Around 3 years’ experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner role within a commercial environment
  • Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to partner with senior non‑finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
  • Working knowledge of FRS102, US GAAP, and IFRS
  • Strong understanding of VAT
  • Commercially curious, with a clear understanding of how organisations operate and manage resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel domestically and internationally when required

Desirable:

  • Experience within RPO, recruitment, professional services, or contract‑based business models
  • Exposure to multi‑client, SLA‑driven environments
  • Experience supporting UK and EU operations or internationally distributed teams
  • Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools
  • Experience with the Exact financial system
