Are you a Solicitor with expertise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established legal firm in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. This role provides a chance to work within a respected brand in the legal sector, managing your own clients and caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Serve as a senior member of the staff, working closely with a Partner and with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
• Manage a comprehensive caseload in all areas of Private Client work, with a particular focus on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries.
• Drive growth within the team by leveraging your commercial acumen.
• Meet demanding deadlines to ensure client needs are consistently met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries.
• Commercially minded with the ability to drive team growth.
• Excellent team player with the capability to manage demanding deadlines.
• Open to candidates at all levels of experience, particularly those ready to take on significant responsibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
