Reed Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable property management business based in Edinburgh. They are looking to add an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to their close-knit and supportive team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties, taking ownership of the full property management cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing properties and ensuring strong visibility
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
• Liaising closely with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring compliance and managing property certificates
• Handling tenancy deposits and disputes
• Assisting with rent arrears and rent reviews
• Carrying out check-in inventories and check-outs
• Conducting regular property inspections

About You

• Previous experience in property management is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Proactive, personable, and solutions-focused approach
• Drives licence is essential

ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential — support will be provided for those looking to gain it.
