Seeking experienced Data Analysts from a banking / financial services background to support major transformation and data initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable operating between business and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.

Core Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in Data Analysis / Data-focused roles
• Background within financial services (ideally banking)

Strong experience in:

• Data requirements gathering and definition
• Translating business needs into technical solutions
• Working with multiple data sources and data flows
• Building dashboards and reporting outputs
• Proven ability to engage with both technical teams (developers/engineers) and business stakeholders

Technical & Functional Skills

Experience with:

• Data analysis, manipulation, and transformation
• Data mining and reporting tools
• Designing or supporting data flows / pipelines
• Exposure to technology solution design
• Understanding of data integration into existing systems (“data refineries”)
• Awareness or experience of AI use cases / data-driven innovation

Domain Experience (Desirable)

• Risk / Regulatory
• Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Operational Resilience
