The Role

This powerhouse international firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its top-ranked Glasgow team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You’ll be part of a nationally recognised Commercial Litigation practice, working on high-value, complex disputes alongside some of the most respected litigators in the market.

The firm continues to see strong growth across its Scottish offices, with recent expansion creating an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to step into a role offering premium-quality work and clear progression pathways.

From day one, you’ll handle a broad range of contentious matters, gain access to blue-chip clients, and benefit from the resources, support and collaborative culture of a Top 25 international firm.

The Work

• Supporting the team on a landmark, nationally significant case.
• Managing a wide range of disputes, including contractual disputes, corporate litigation, professional negligence, and financial services disputes.
• Acting for a high-profile client base, including FTSE 100 companies, major financial institutions and global corporates.
• Working closely with partners and senior colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation.
• Supporting clients with strategic, commercially-focused dispute resolution advice.
• Involvement in business development activities and opportunities to build your external profile.
• Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as part of a high-performing team.

Your Experience

• A qualified solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Strong client-handling skills with a proactive, commercially-minded approach.
• Ability to manage complex cases and advise large clients effectively.
• A team player with the confidence to contribute to the overall growth of the practice.
