PMO Analyst

Flexible / Hybrid | £32,000–£40,000 + pension

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious and highly organised PMO Analyst to join our growing central transformation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to senior leadership, strategic programmes and M&A integration within a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

You’ll support high-impact initiatives across Operations, Technology, Finance, HR and Integration—helping ensure projects stay coordinated, structured and on track. This is not just an administrative role; we’re seeking someone who can take ownership, think critically and contribute to continuous improvement.

Ideal for:

• High-performing graduates, or
• Candidates with 1–3 years’ experience in PMO, consulting, project coordination or operations
