We’re hiring a ERP & CRM Support Engineer to join a growing data function in a business where technology and insight drive decision-making.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders-turning information into meaningful insight.

What you’ll be doing

• Support administration and improvement of core business systems (ERP & CRM)
• Assist with systems integrations and data flows
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs
• Analyse data to identify trends and business insights
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support decision-making
• Contribute to continuous improvements in systems and processes

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Power BI or similar
• Understanding of data, reporting or system integrations
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
