We’re partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led business looking for a NetSuite Systems, Data Manager to build and lead a newly established function at the heart of the organisation.

This is a strategic leadership role with real influence - owning systems architecture, data capability, and analytics to enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business. Initially this role would suit a technical lead style person to grow with the business with a view to hire and have direct reports in the future.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive optimisation of core systems (ERP, CRM, integrations)
• Improve productivity through better system usage
• Establish data champions across the business
• Champion a data-driven culture across the organisation
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Drive adoption and quality of data input
• Build dashboards and reporting capability

What we’re looking for

• Systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, APIs, integrations)
• Some analytics/reporting capability (but not purely a reporting role)
• Opportunity to introduce AI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
