Real Estate Senior Solicitor (4+ years') – Edinburgh

A leading commercial law firm is seeking a senior Solicitor (4+ years') to join its established Real Estate team in Edinburgh.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded Solicitor looking to work on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The role offers exposure to complex development and transactional work across a variety of sectors, including large-scale living and property projects.

You will work closely with an experienced team advising a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors.

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
• Supporting development, acquisition and disposal matters
• Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation
• Managing transactions from inception through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate
• Participating in business development and networking initiatives
• Working as part of a collaborative and busy real estate team

About You

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property/real estate
• Strong transactional and drafting experience
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively
• Team-oriented with a keen interest in the property sector
