A well-established organisation is looking for a creative and organised Digital Communications Assistant Manager to support the delivery of engaging online communications and digital content across a variety of platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong digital storytelling abilities, content creation experience, and a proactive approach to communications.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and update website content to ensure information remains accurate and engaging

Create digital content including graphics, reels, videos, stories, and written copy

Coordinate and schedule social media activity across multiple platforms

Monitor analytics, audience engagement, and digital performance

Support email communications, campaigns, and content planning

Produce visually engaging materials using digital design platforms

Assist with wider communications and marketing projects across the organisation

Liaise with external providers and support ongoing digital development

Attend events and collaborations to capture content and increase brand visibility

What They’re Looking For:

Previous experience within digital communications, marketing, or content creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong social media management and audience engagement experience

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous

Knowledge of analytics, campaign scheduling, and digital reporting tools

A proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset

Comfortable working within a faith-based environment
