Responsibilities


Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations;

Formulate and execute corporate operational strategies to drive sustainable business growth;

Establish and optimize corporate operational systems, management policies, and internal control processes;

Monitor the operational performance of various departments to enhance organizational efficiency and execution capabilities;

Develop and continuously refine a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework;

Coordinate and foster collaboration among Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams;

Drive the company's global business expansion and the implementation of strategic initiatives;

Assist the Board of Directors and the CEO in formulating long-term development plans;

Build and cultivate a high-performance management team;

Ensure that all company operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry regulatory standards.


Qualifications


Required:


Bachelor's degree or higher; degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields are preferred;

20+ years of experience in corporate management;

15+ years of experience in senior executive roles (e.g., COO, VP, Executive President, General Manager);

Proven management experience within large-scale enterprises, FinTech firms, financial services institutions, or technology companies;

Exceptional organizational management and strategic execution capabilities;

Extensive experience in team building and cross-functional management;

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills;

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and innovative environment.
