About the role:

We are looking for a Graduate Associate to join our Research & Insight team. In this role you will partner with international clients to deliver senior Executive Search mandates and business insights projects.

• Receive extensive training and support from an expert team.
• Shape search strategies and objectives through in-depth market research.
• Identify and engage top talent using creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct detailed interviews and recommend qualified candidates to our Partners.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality reports and insights.
• Share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and ensure best practices across projects.

• Graduated recently.
