Salary: £28,000 base plus achievable On Target Commission c£28,000 + monthly travel allowance
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm (field-based)
We're on an exciting journey at Hyperoptic! As part of our growth plans, we're expanding our full fibre network to reach over 1 million more homes across the UK using the Openreach network.
We're now looking for confident, motivated people in Edinburgh and Glasgow to join our team as Residential Sales Advisors.
About the RoleThis is a people-focused, field-based sales role where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of Hyperoptic within residential communities-meeting customers, building relationships, and helping them discover the benefits of ultra-fast broadband.
You'll spend your time in buildings where Hyperoptic is available, speaking directly with residents, answering questions, and helping them get set up with our services.
What You'll Be Doing- Engaging with residents face-to-face to promote Hyperoptic services
- Visiting buildings daily and planning your schedule effectively
- Delivering marketing materials and attending resident events
- Explaining our products clearly and tailoring your approach to customer needs
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Gathering valuable feedback to help improve our service
- Working towards achievable sales targets (full training and support provided)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Confidence in speaking to people and building relationships
- A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for hitting targets
- Ability to understand customer needs and adapt your approach
- Someone who enjoys working independently and out in the field
