Hours: Approximately 4–5 hours per week

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our growing team and gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate applications and CVs.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with HR Managers regarding hiring progress and recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Support recruitment projects and other HR-related initiatives when required.


Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
