Blackmont Consulting is an international consulting firm that provides business consulting, project management, and business development services across multiple regions. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our growing team and gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Create and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidate applications and CVs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with HR Managers regarding hiring progress and recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Support recruitment projects and other HR-related initiatives when required.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.

• Practical experience in recruitment and candidate management.
• Exposure to international HR operations.
• Opportunity to develop interviewing and communication skills.
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
• Reference letter upon successful completion of the internship.
