• Locations: Lanark, Carluke, and Biggar

• Salary: Starting at £13.45/hr

• Sleepover Rate: An additional £107.60 per sleepover worked.

• Positions Available: 6 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Roles

We provide a range of specialized care, including Housing Support, residential care, and transitional assessment services.

As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals to achieve their goals, develop life skills, and integrate into their local communities.

• Shift Pattern: Days and evening shift patterns.

• Flexibility is key: To provide the best possible consistent care, shifts will include weekends, evenings, and scheduled sleepovers.

• Clear Pay Progression: A structured pay scale that rewards your commitment and allows you to progress to £14.15/hr at your own individual pace.

• Highly Competitive Sleepover Rates: Earn an extra £107.60 for every sleepover shift completed.
