Corporate Finance Solicitor (4-7 years') – Edinburgh

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded team advising domestic and international businesses, institutional investors and entrepreneurial clients on a broad range of corporate transactions in Edinburgh.

The team is involved in complex and high-value work across a variety of sectors, including technology, life sciences, energy and food & drink. The successful candidate will gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings and general corporate advisory matters while working alongside specialists across banking, commercial, intellectual property, real estate and employment.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and senior Lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment, with genuine opportunities for career development.

About You

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 4 – 7 years' PQE
• Strong corporate transactional experience gained in private practice
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
