Areas of Work:

The firm handles a diverse range of commercial and corporate legal matters, including:

• Investment sales and purchases
• Renewable energy projects
• Development land and rural property transactions
• Commercial leasing for landlords and tenants
• Insolvency disposals and bank security work
• Corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Regulation and company law
• Business sales and purchases

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Company Associate position will possess:

• A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a broad spectrum of corporate matters.
• Excellent technical knowledge in all aspects of commercial and corporate law.
• Proven experience in general commercial work as outlined above.
