The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with multiple clients, ranging from innovative manufacturing leaders to established engineering consultancies, who are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join their high-performing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-impact technical projects, guiding them from initial concept through to final delivery within fast-paced, forward-thinking environments.

The Role
In this role, you will lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring every deliverable meets rigorous quality, cost, and schedule requirements. You will act as the primary bridge between stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans while proactively managing risks and resources to drive successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project or programme management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• A proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle, specifically including New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, such as MS Project.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
• Experience in budget management, cost estimation, and the financial control of technical projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of core engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
