What you’ll do

• Lead from the front, delivering an incredible Sunglass Hut experience.
• Create a high energy, feel good culture where teams thrive.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team to smash sales and celebrate wins.
• Support daily store operations and step up in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Help attract great talent with personality, confidence and style.
