Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to recruit an experienced Store Manager. We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven leader to oversee one of the brand's key retail locations. Their boutiques are designed to offer a refined and personalised shopping experience, where meaningful client relationships and outstanding service are at the heart of everything they do.


The Role


  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales, service and clientelling objectives.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service and customer experience are consistently delivered.
  • Drive CRM performance by developing and nurturing a strong VIP client base through proactive clientelling initiatives.
  • Recruit, coach, develop and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive, supportive and performance-driven culture.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and development plans to maximise team potential.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and optimise store performance.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans where required.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the business, including stock management, inventory accuracy, compliance and loss prevention.
  • Partner closely with regional and head office teams to share insights, drive business initiatives and support overall company objectives.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects the brand's luxury positioning at all times.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and diplomacy, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer journey.


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years' experience within luxury or premium retail, including significant store leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance, CRM growth and clientelling success.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional luxury service and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and experience managing retail KPIs.
  • Strong operational capabilities, including inventory management, compliance and store operations.
  • Experience using CRM systems, POS platforms and retail reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods as required.
