Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic
Realistic First Year OTE: £50,000 - £60,000+
Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh) or Fully Remote

Working Week:
Core working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
Weekend work is not required, though flexibility around client availability is appreciated, with
time given back in lieu.
Desired Experience:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, driven, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple
- responsibilities
- Minimum 18 months’ experience as a mortgage adviser
- CAS – Competent Adviser Status
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Advise clients on mortgages and protection products
- Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
- Work with a combination of high-quality company-provided leads and your own
- introducer relationships
- Liaise with lenders, insurers, and clients to ensure smooth case progression
- (supported by admin team)
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations
- Keep up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and market trends
- Maintain strong client and introducer relationships
