About the Opportunity

This structured Graduate Leadership Programme provides practical, hands-on exposure to the core areas of our business, including:

• Team leadership
• Commercial business development
• Campaign management
• Strategic growth and expansion

Working closely with senior leadership, you will gain valuable insight into decision-making, performance management, and business operations while making a direct impact from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute local business development initiatives and client campaigns
• Learn the fundamentals of leadership, team motivation, and people management
• Monitor individual and team KPIs to identify opportunities for commercial growth
• Support expansion projects across Scotland and wider UK markets
• Build strong professional relationships through leadership workshops and industry networking events
