Senior Business Change Analyst - Edinburgh (Hybrid) - £60k plus benefits

Change Digital are recruiting for a Senior Business Change Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a complex operational environment.

This is a high impact role where you’ll lead process mapping, requirements definition, vendor selection, and end-to-end change delivery, working closely with both business and technical teams.

Key Highlights:

• Lead as-is / to-be process mapping across critical operations
• Drive requirements gathering and support RFP & vendor selection
• Define system integrations, data flows, and technical touchpoints
• Design future-state processes and support implementation
• Play a key role in UAT, training, and change adoption

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Senior BA / Change Analyst experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement & workshop facilitation skills
• Experience delivering complex transformation programmes
• Ability to bridge business and technology
