ICAS is seeking an influential senior leader to shape the future of professional education, qualifications and assessment for one of the world's most respected accountancy bodies.

Overview:
You will lead the strategy, design, development and governance of ICAS qualifications, learning programmes and assessment frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant, innovative and trusted by employers, members and regulators.
Key accountabilities:
- Strategic leadership of qualification lifecycle
- Product strategy, innovation & future thinking
- Assessment strategy & integrity
- Governance, compliance & quality assurance
- Stakeholder & sector leadership
- Resource, team & change leadership
What we're looking for:
- Chartered accountancy qualification or equivalent
- Significant experience across qualification strategy & design
- Accomplished & inspiring senior leader
- Engaging & credible executive level influencer
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks
