Compliance Consultant - AIFMD / Private Markets - #2092856

Meraki Talent are working with an expanding Edinburgh based compliance firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Consultant.

Working with private market participants including real estate managers, venture capital firms, and family offices, you will support regulatory hosting supervision, governance oversight, compliance monitoring, and FCA regulatory matters. This is a hands-on, client-facing role offering exposure across fund structuring, authorisations, ongoing supervision, and regulatory advisory work.

Applicants should be experience within financial services compliance, regulatory consulting, regulatory hosting, or a related regulated environment. Additionally, applicants must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of FCA regulation and compliance monitoring. It is also essential applicants are comfortable and competent advising clients and translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Ideally applicants will have experience within private markets, AIFMD, or MiFID environments, however this is not essential.
