My Edinburgh based client are hiring for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business as they look to expand. You will be supported in your role but also given great opportunity for progression.

• Responsibilities for the role include:
• Processing client and supplier invoices
• Invoice and payments reconciliation
• Supporting and carrying out credit control duties
• Assisting in month end reporting along with other management reports
• Completing cash and banking processes for the day, week and month

Relevant skills for this role will include:

• Accounts payable and receivable experience
• Bookkeeping experience
• Office administration experience
• Experience of working in a client facing role
• Experience of working in a professional office environment
