Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property compliance (Gas, EICR, EPC, Fire Safety)
- Track certification deadlines and arrange inspections
- Coordinate contractors and remedial works
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records
- Ensure all properties meet current regulations

- Property experience (compliance or management)
