We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager who will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
As the Facilities Manager, you will:
- Control the workflow of Skanska Facilities Services operations and the management of all aspects of the mechanical & electrical contract across the estate
- Deliver the services within the contract in accordance with established contractual, time and budget constraints.
- Develop project work opportunities and have the ability to compile quotations to client base.
- Have sound commercial acumen and the ability to manage risk and opportunity.
- Manage all commercial, technical and operational aspects of the contract while maintaining sound relationships with the client and Building Users.
- Liaise with client managers; building users, sub-contractors and internal helpdesk team to ensure work is carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.

We are looking for:
- Experience of Facilities' Management/Contract Management/Building Management (Minimum of 5 years)
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation, regulations and AP duties.
- Experience across a varied building portfolio.
- Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.
- Capacity to meet deadlines.
