The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to manage the full 360° process within the interim finance market, including:

• Building and developing your own client base across Edinburgh and the wider Scottish market
• Partnering with businesses to support immediate and business-critical hiring needs
• Sourcing and placing high-quality interim finance professionals into contract assignments
• Managing multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
