Your Role in Creating Quality Bakes

Operate and adjust key production equipment including ovens, rotary moulders, cream mixers, and chocolate enrobers to maintain consistent quality and smooth workflow.

Check and set recipes, programs, and safety guards before start-up, ensuring all equipment is safe, ready, and compliant.

Monitor production lines by checking conveyors, refilling hoppers, maintaining chocolate flow, and reporting any issues early.

Carry out regular quality checks, including colour and product standards, while keeping your workspace clean, safe, and well organised.

Engage in a structured development plans to enhance your technical skills and qualifications in required areas

The Key Ingredients

Strong communication and numeracy skills – able to understand instructions, follow safety procedures, and complete simple calculations to support smooth operations.

High attention to detail – skilled at monitoring processes, spotting inconsistencies, and accurately recording checks and documentation.

Hygiene and safety focused with a practical approach to machinery – committed to maintaining a clean, safe workplace, with basic machine-operation awareness (full training provided).[TD1]
