We are exclusively supporting a growing organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work closely with leaders and managers across the business, supporting both day-to-day people matters and longer-term organisational improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, developing manager capability and influencing positive change within a fast-paced operational environment.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical guidance and support across a broad range of people matters.

  • Partner with managers and leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, attendance, wellbeing and wider people matters.

  • Build management capability through coaching, supporting leaders to confidently manage teams, navigate people challenges and drive high performance.

  • Use people data and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities, developing proactive solutions that enhance engagement, retention and performance.

  • Support organisational growth through workforce planning, recruitment activity, talent development and the successful delivery of people initiatives and change programmes.

  • Champion best practice, ensuring policies, processes and people frameworks are embedded effectively while driving continuous improvement across the employee experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position

  • Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to manage a varied caseload

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence coaching, influencing and constructively challenging managers

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice

  • A pragmatic, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach

  • The ability to balance operational priorities with continuous improvement activity
