Morgan Hunt are delighted to partner with a Public Sector Organisation as they look to welcome a Procurement Officer on a full time and permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the procurement lifecycle, including tendering, purchasing and contract administration.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, quotation processes and maintaining procurement records.
- Support the preparation of procurement documentation and ensure compliance with public sector policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate procurement data and update e-procurement systems.
- Respond to stakeholder queries and support contract and supplier management activities.
Skills & Experience
- Experience providing administrative support within a procurement or purchasing environment, preferably in the public sector.
- Knowledge of public procurement processes, governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience using e-procurement and financial systems.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
