Meraki Talent are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical financial planning, producing high-quality suitability reports, and working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in supporting advisers through research, analysis, report writing, and technical guidance, helping to ensure clients receive tailored financial planning advice.
Key Responsibilities
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm. Additionally, applicants should have a strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection products, as well as experience using financial planning and research software. It is essential applicants have excellent report writing and analytical skills.

- Prepare comprehensive and compliant suitability reports.
- Conduct research into pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning solutions.
- Analyse existing financial arrangements and make recommendations based on client objectives.
- Liaise with advisers to develop suitable financial planning strategies.
- Ensure recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Assist with technical queries and provide support on complex cases.
- Keep up to date with industry, legislative, and regulatory developments.
