Full time

Are you passionate about supporting high net worth clients? Join us to execute requests end-to-end with strong risk discipline.

As a Client Operations Analyst in Asset Wealth Management Team, you'll be at the heart of that work-partnering with bankers and teams across finance, technology, compliance, and operations on a global platform. Designed for early-career talent, this role offers real responsibility from day one, hands-on learning, and exposure to how Private Banking works end to end. You'll help deliver client requests, manage operational processes, and support high-quality, compliant outcomes in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

You'll succeed if you're detail-driven, organized, and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders-someone who enjoys problem-solving, juggling priorities, and making an impact early in your career.

Job responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with bankers and partners across legal, technology, and change teams, communicating clearly and confidently in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
  • Execute client activity end-to-end with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client experience, anticipating needs and coordinating seamless delivery.
  • Spot opportunities to simplify and improve processes, contributing ideas that reduce friction and make a real difference for clients and colleagues.
  • Take ownership of your development-setting goals, seeking feedback, and building new skills-while contributing positively to team culture and diversity & inclusion.
  • Apply sound judgement and uphold the highest standards of integrity, handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Operate with strong risk discipline by following policies, staying current with regulation, and supporting a robust control environment.
  • Escalate issues promptly and professionally to help identify risks early and protect client trust.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with organization, accountability, and resilience.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal), with the confidence to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated integrity, good judgement, and respect for confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills

  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is beneficial but not essential.
  • Interest in, or exposure to, process improvement or project delivery (formal experience welcomed but not required).
