We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global travel business for a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team in Edinburgh.

£26,800 per year
Monthly performance bonus of up to £70

Every day is different. You'll be supporting customers with their travel plans by:

• Responding to enquiries via phone, live chat and email
• Resolving customer queries with empathy and professionalism
• Providing accurate information on bookings, policies and promotions
• Delivering exceptional service while achieving quality and performance targets
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience

We're keen to speak with people who have:

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working across multiple systems while managing several customer conversations
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers
• The ability to work towards individual and team performance targets

German customer service line: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Edinburgh (On-site)
