Contracts: Full-Time, Permanent

Earning Potential: £37,000+ per year (utilising our abundant overtime)

• Massive Earning Potential: Average workers choose to do 52 hours/week, earning £37,000+/year.

• Work-Life Balance: 36-hour full-time contracts, frequently condensed into 3 to 4 days.

• Flexible Shifts: Choose 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

• Support Worker (SW): £13.45/hr (~£25.1k - £26.2k base)

• Senior Support Worker (SSW): £14.00/hr (Must hold SVQ Level 3)

• Experience: Mandatory professional experience in social care.

• Right to Work: Must hold permanent, restriction-free UK Right to Work. (Strictly no visa sponsorship or transfers).

• Flexibility: Comfortable with variable visit lengths (30 mins to 1+ hours).

• Office Locations: Granton Office (EH5 3QB) & EH17 area.

• Drivers (UK License + Car): Must cover EH3, EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, EH17 & Midlothian.

• Walkers: Allowed only if you live in/can commute to: EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, or EH17. (Strictly no walking roles in Midlothian or EH3).
