• Premium Pay Rates:

  • HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.62/hr (PAYE) | £23.00/hr (Umbrella)

  • Senior Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE) | £25.00/hr (Umbrella)

• Free Accommodation: Shared accommodation is fully provided by our clients for the entire duration of your placement-no rent stress!

• Travel Costs Covered: Pack your bags! Your ferry bookings to and from the islands will be fully reimbursed by Randstad.

• Flexible Contract Lengths: Placements start at a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with many extending up to 6 months.

• True Work-Life Balance: If you choose to extend past your initial 12 weeks, you are eligible to take up to 2 weeks of holiday to explore the breathtaking islands or head back home.

To be considered for these premium roles, you must possess:

• Experience: Proven, relevant experience in a care or support setting (specific requirements vary by role).

• Compliance: Up-to-date mandatory training and the necessary right-to-work documentation (PVG scheme membership or willingness to obtain).

• Adaptability: A passionate, reliable attitude and a readiness to embed yourself into close-knit island communities.
