The Role

Reporting directly to the Tax Director, you will join a growing Group Tax function supporting a business with more than 300 legal entities operating across 20+ jurisdictions.

You will play an important role in coordinating tax compliance, supporting international reporting requirements and helping drive improvements across the wider tax function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate UK and international corporate tax compliance.
  • Review corporate tax computations, returns and tax provisions.
  • Support Pillar 2 and Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR).
  • Coordinate Transfer Pricing compliance with external advisers.
  • Assist with tax accounting and year-end reporting.
  • Support tax governance, policies and procedures.
  • Drive AI and technology initiatives within the tax function.
  • Work alongside finance teams and external advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Become involved in acquisitions, international expansion and strategic tax projects.

About You

You will ideally possess:

  • ACA, CTA, ICAS or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong UK Corporate Tax experience.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing corporation tax computations and returns.
  • Tax accounting or tax reporting experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Experience within any of the following would be advantageous:

  • International Tax
  • Pillar 2
  • Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR)
  • Transfer Pricing
  • Group Ta
  • Multinational organisations

What's on Offer?

  • Attractive bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • Broad international exposure
  • Direct access to senior leadership
  • Opportunity to work on acquisitions and strategic projects
  • Clear long-term career progression
  • Excellent first move into industry
