Meraki Talent are partnering with a growing Edinburgh client who are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a busy team function.

This is a varied and high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will act as a central point of coordination for the team, ensuring diaries, meetings, communications and day-to-day administration are managed efficiently and professionally.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and team members at all levels, building strong relationships and anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive EA and administrative support to a growing team.
  • Manage complex and sometimes competing diaries, organising meetings, appointments and commitments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agendas, papers and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and expenses.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, documents and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Organise team events, away days and other activities.
  • Support the smooth running of team processes and day-to-day operations.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Monitor deadlines, actions and priorities.

Applicants should have come from a fast paced Financial Services environment, where they have gained extensive experience in supporting multiple stakeholders. Additionally applicants must be highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. Communication is key, and applicants must be able to demonstrate first class communication through both verbal and written methods. A confident user of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 as well as picking up new in house systems
